Per Diem conducts extensive backgrounds in regards to potential employees and utilizes E-Verify.

E-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility.

Any employee who has concerns about the quality and safety of patient care provided by the staffing firm's or a client facility's employees may report these concerns to The Joint Commission. If the concerns cannot be resolved through our staff, the individual is encouraged by management to contact The Joint Commission. In all cases our agency will take no disciplinary action because an employee or independent contractor reports safety or quality of care concerns to The Joint Commission.
